As a mother, entrepreneur, educator and business owner, I’ve learned throughout my personal and professional life the importance of developing the traditional professional requirements in leadership abilities, but the character, integrity and discipline required as well to be an effective one!
True leadership isn’t a switch we turn on and off . It’s an commitment to continuous and the difficult development of ourselves! It is learning to make the right choices when no ones watching! Its being disciplined and integrity filled in the various temptations and distractions of life.
And it is necessary for our communities, especially our youth, to have resources that establish strong foundations that supports leadership development cognitively, emotionally, financially, and spiritually in every way possible! Brown Leadership Development Group is one of those resources.

At Browns Leadership Development Group, we offer a variety of services, activities and resources through our organization to provide opportunities for developmentally appropriate growth in so many different ways! Here some of the quality services we provide, as well as what they impact!
WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS ON EMOTIONAL HEALTH & REGULATION
Embark on a transformative journey with our emotional workshops and trainings tailored specifically for youth! We create safe and nurturing spaces for young individuals to explore and understand their emotions. Through interactive exercises, discussions and guided activities we empower them with essential emotional intelligence skills. Our workshops go beyond recognizing emotions; they provide tools for expressing, managing and leveraging emotions in constructive ways!
INTERACTIVE YOUTH EXPERIENCES
Ever been horseback riding? Participated in Archery? Molded Clay? At BLDG we believe these immersive events transcend traditional learning, offering a dynamic blend of education and entertainment! From hands-on workshops and engaging simulations to interactive challenges, we create environments that ignite curiosity, foster teamwork and simulate creativity. Our goal is to provide youth with memorable, unique and educational experiences that not only inspire passions for learning but that expands thinking and outlooks on life!
JOB READINESS & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
At Browns Learning Development Group we play a direct role in crafting the hearts and minds of future teachers, lawyers, doctors and business owners! Our workshops go beyond the basics, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to navigate the professional landscape!
Youth in these programs will one on one personal coaching, resume building, interview techniques and opportunities to develop workplace skills like utilizing word products, healthy communication habits and so much more!
MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
At Browns Learning Development Group we believe that we are responsible for setting a positive example as adults and provide youth with professionals, community leaders and older peers, ready to do their part in making a positive change in the youth we connect with! We provide guidance and support by pairing experienced individuals with the youth in our programs to develop their emotional, mental and professional capacities! Its a team effort and we treat each youth like the difference makers they are!
WELLNESS HABITS & SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
At Browns Learning Development Group we believe peace starts inward and radiates out of each individual! So we have programs and workshops that focus on everything from Meditation and Mindfulness techniques, Journaling, Artistic Expression, Healthier Eating, and Volunteering opportunities!
Community & Professional Educational/ Training Opportunities
While Browns Learning Development Group focuses on the youth, we understand how crucial developing the family members and other adults in those same youth lives are! We offer services that educate on healthy communication, navigating traumas and what appropriate development looks like between parents and children and the many dedicated professionals in their lives!
Browns Leadership Development Groups offers programs geared towards the development of the whole child! This covers everything from emotional regulation, goal setting to their financial literacy skills and everything in between!
To maximize understanding and retention in youth BLDG offers its services in three separate age appropriate groups. They are BUILDING MILLIONAIRES, ACHIEVERS AND LEADERS, & BUILDING SCHOLARS! Here is a quick overview of each level and its focuses:
BLDG MILLIONAIRES
BLDG MILLIONAIRES is designated for 14 - 18 year old children participating in the Brown Leadership Development Group. This level will consist of youth being challenged to excel and expand on the concepts they have been introduced and taught how to implement.
BLDG ACHIEVERS
BLDG ACHIEVERS is designated for 10 - 13 year old children participating in the Brown Leadership Development Group. This level will consist of youth being taught how to implement the concepts the previous group was introduced to.
BLDG SCHOLARS
BLDG SCHOLARS is designated for 5 - 9 year old children participating in the Brown Leadership Development Group. This level will consist of youth being introduced to new concepts covering, emotional, financial, spiritual development as a whole.
